Ocean Avenue is Yellowcard's debut album for Capitol Records. It is an Enhanced CD that includes a video entitled "The Making of Ocean Avenue" and a previously unreleased video of the song "Powder" (from The Underdog EP).

Absolution is the third studio album by English rock band Muse. It was released on September 29, 2003 in the UK and almost six months later on March 23, 2004 in the U.S. by Taste Music Limited. The album yielded the band its first big American hit in "Time Is Running Out". Unlike previous albums, the recording and release of Absolution was not subject to constraining schedules, allowing the band to take as much time as they felt necessary to refine and alter their songs. The album debuted at No. 1 in the UK charts, and soon after, reached No. 1 in French charts. Within weeks of release it reached the top 5 in twelve countries, the top 10 in fifteen countries and the top 20 in twenty countries. The album reached #107 in the United States. Due to the long delay between the UK version and U.S. version releases, Absolution remained popular in charts for an unusually long time, and saw the release of 5 singles (and 1 charity special download "Apocalypse Please").

The Diary of Alicia Keys is the second studio album from American R&B/soul singer and pianist Alicia Keys, released on December 2, 2003 in the United States (see 2003 in music). It went on to win the 2005 Grammy Award for "Best R&B Album". The album includes the hit singles "You Don't Know My Name" (produced by Kanye West), "If I Ain't Got You", "Diary" (featuring Tony! Autobiography is the debut album by American pop rock singer Ashlee Simpson. Released in the United States by Geffen Records on July 20, 2004, the album debuted at number one on the charts, although critical reception was mixed. The album outsold In This Skin, the most successful album of Ashlee Simpson's sister, pop music singer Jessica Simpson, and went triple platinum. Three singles for the album were released: "Pieces of Me"—the first and best-selling single—which was a hit in several countries in mid to late 2004, as well as the follow-up singles "Shadow" and "La La". MTV highlighted the process of making the album in the reality series The Ashlee Simpson Show, which drew a large audience and served as an effective promotional vehicle for the album. In October 2004, the album became the subject of negative publicity when Simpson appeared to be lip syncing during a performance on the television show Saturday Night Live.Track listing:

Take a Look in the Mirror (2003) is the sixth album by the band Korn. It's also the last album with guitarist Brian "Head" Welch. Within its songs, "Did My Time" was featured previously in the O.S.T. for "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life", and "Right Now" was accompanied by a provocatory cartoon video drawn by Spike and Mike. In contrast to the more mellow overall sound of their previous album, Untouchables, Take A Look In The Mirror marks Korn's return to a raw, stripped-down sound of their earlier albums. The album features a reworking and re-recording of the track "Alive", the first song the band wrote which appeared only on the bands first demo up until this point. Also of note is the song "Play Me", which features rapper Nas and is the first Korn album since Follow the Leader to feature such. The album is followed by a long silence before a live cover of Metallica's "One" kicks in. The album was also released in a "clean" version. While the album sold over 1 million US units, it still remains the lowest selling Korn album.
